I talk to the people doing the work by hand and follow the real process. Who does it, what comes in, what goes out, where it fails and what a failure costs.

Not everything is worth automating. I turn what I saw into opportunities and pick the first one: the one that repeats most and hurts most.

I build the working flow, often with the AI simulated, to test with the people who will use it before paying for real reads.

Frequently asked questions
How long until there’s a first version?
It depends on scope. In my recent projects, a B2B ordering system was ready in 11 days, a rental platform in 2 weeks and an event platform in about 3 weeks. I ship in slices, so the team starts using it before the end.
Do you work with companies outside Brazil?
I’m based in Sorocaba, Brazil, and I work in Portuguese and English. Get in touch and we can see whether the project is a fit.
How does a project start?
With a conversation to understand the process, who does it and what already exists. From there we decide together what goes into the first version and what waits.
How does AI fit into the project?
Two ways: as a development tool, always with human review, and inside the operation, as agents. In agents, the cost shows up before anything runs and everything is a proposal until a person approves it, like in the legal AI agent I built.
