Documents and filesStay Digital
Case files, contracts, records, spreadsheets. AI does the reading, the triage and the first draft, and every statement cites the page it came from. Everything is a proposal until a person reviews and approves it.
If this happens in your operation
- i.
Reading that eats the team’s time
File by file, page by page, to find what matters. Work that requires training is spent on reading.
- ii.
AI chat with no control
The team already pastes documents into a chat. Nothing is recorded in the case, the cost only shows up on the invoice, and sensitive data leaves through an unlogged door.
- iii.
Answers with no source
A sentence without the page it came from forces you to reread the whole document to trust it.
What I automate
- 01
Batch reading and triage
AI reads files of hundreds of pages and returns what matters, organized by case.
- 02
Page citations
Every statement points to the page it came from. Checking stops meaning rereading everything.
- 03
Cost before the click
The price of each analysis appears before it runs, not only on the invoice.
- 04
A draft, never a decision
What the machine writes is a draft. The responsible person approves and signs.
- 05
Learning from corrections
What the team corrects becomes a proposed lesson. Someone approves it, and the next analyses use it, with no model training.
Real timelines
Work that proves it
How I work
- i.
Map
I talk to the people doing the work by hand and follow the real process. Who does it, what comes in, what goes out, where it fails and what a failure costs.
- ii.
Choose
Not everything is worth automating. I turn what I saw into opportunities and pick the first one: the one that repeats most and hurts most.
- iii.
Validate
I build the working flow, often with the AI simulated, to test with the people who will use it before paying for real reads.
- iv.
Automate
I ship in slices, with a person in control of what matters. The job is only done when the team stops doing it by hand.
Frequently asked questions
Can I trust what the AI writes?
Not on its own. That is why the flow is designed around review: every statement cites its source page, everything the machine writes is a draft, and only the responsible person approves. In the legal agent I built, only the lawyer approves and signs.
What about confidentiality?
It is the starting point. Pasting a document into a personal chat is a door with no log and no way to revoke access. In a dedicated system, access is per user and what each person did is recorded.
How much does each reading cost?
It depends on the size of the document and the type of analysis. What the design guarantees is that the cost shows up before it runs, not only on the monthly invoice.
Is this only for law firms?
No. The legal case is the one I can show. The same design works for any operation that reads files in volume and needs someone signing off.
Do you need to train a model on my data?
No. In the legal agent, the system learns from the team’s corrections without training any model: a correction becomes a written lesson, someone approves it, and later analyses use it.
