A new HR consultancy needed to exist in one week, with a brand and a website. The work was deciding what goes in and what waits.

The context

Tallentum is a Brazilian human resources consultancy founded by Rebeca Costa, who holds a master’s in Human Resources Development Policy from the University of Lisbon and has more than ten years of experience in the field. It offers recruiting and selection, training and development, people management consulting, onboarding, offboarding and employer branding.

The pain

A new consultancy sells trust before it sells a service. And at the start, that trust lives in the person who founded the company. The challenge was to create a brand that felt established without hiding the founder, and to do it in one week.

The solution

The brand starts from the idea of talent as something to be polished, and the identity uses a deep blue with geometric shapes that suggest movement and growth.

On the website, Rebeca appears right in the first fold. For a people consultancy, the person is the proof.

What I took from this project

One week forces you to choose. What made it in was the minimum for the company to exist with credibility: a brand, a website and a clear path to book a consultation.
